Security Officer

About the role

As a Security Officer at Four Seasons Hotel Prague you will ensure the safety and security of guests, employees and hotel operations, combining security expertise with exceptional guest service.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to security incidents, fire alarms, CCTV and access control systems.
• Coordinate with emergency services and the Integrated Rescue System of the Czech Republic.
• Conduct regular patrols, manage lost & found, and support Bell and Door teams.
• Maintain accurate incident reports and ensure compliance with health, safety, fire and security standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma (higher education a plus) and previous experience in security, law enforcement, military or emergency response.
• Ability to stay calm, make sound decisions during emergencies, and possess strong integrity and professionalism.
• Good communication skills, physical and mental resilience, and flexible availability for shift work.
• Valid Category B driving licence and good command of English; Czech language skills are an advantage.
