Senior Citrix Infrastructure Specialist

About the role

Kyndryl is looking for a Senior Citrix Infrastructure Specialist in Brno. As the primary Level 3 escalation authority and technical owner for mission-critical client environments, you will ensure platform stability, performance, security and continuous modernization of enterprise digital workspaces, balancing hands-on troubleshooting with operational governance.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary L3 escalation authority for Citrix and virtual desktop environments, resolving complex, high-priority issues to permanent resolution.
• Maintain, secure and optimize Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix Cloud/DaaS, StoreFront, Delivery Controllers, PVS, MCS, WEM and Citrix ADC (NetScaler).
• Manage Microsoft infrastructure services: Windows Server (2016-2022), Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft PKI/Certificates.
• Manage enterprise profile and identity environments with FSLogix, Microsoft Entra ID, Kerberos, LDAP and SSO.
• Automate recurring tasks, deployments and health checks with PowerShell scripting.
• Coordinate with Level 2 engineers, Enterprise Architects and Project Managers on changes, maintenance and upgrades.
• Run performance tuning, patch management, disaster recovery testing and technical documentation.

Required profile

• Extensive hands-on experience administering, troubleshooting and engineering Citrix enterprise technologies.
• In-depth expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP.
• Experience with FSLogix, Microsoft Entra ID and Kerberos/LDAP/SSO.
• Proven track record in Level 3 incident analysis, root cause diagnosis, performance tuning and disaster recovery planning.
• Strong communication skills and experience coordinating with L2 teams and ITIL-aligned processes.
