Senior SCCM / Intune Infrastructure Specialist

About the role

Kyndryl is hiring a Senior SCCM / Intune Infrastructure Specialist in Brno for its End User Computing and Workplace Services team. As the primary Level 3 Subject Matter Expert, you will be the technical authority for Microsoft Endpoint Management technologies across enterprise client environments, ensuring device fleet stability, modern compliance, seamless application deployment and continuous security hardening.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary L3 escalation SME for Microsoft Intune and SCCM (MECM), handling complex incidents, problems and root-cause resolution.
• Design, configure and maintain endpoint environments on Windows 10 and 11, including co-management and hybrid cloud topologies.
• Manage software distribution lifecycles, application packaging (Win32, MSI, MSIX) and deployment rings.
• Run monthly patch management schedules, quality and feature updates, and security compliance reporting.
• Implement device configuration profiles, compliance policies and Conditional Access integrations with Microsoft Entra ID.
• Automate administration, compliance checks and rollouts with advanced PowerShell scripting.
• Mentor and coordinate Level 2 teams, set SOPs and technical documentation, and lead workshops with client stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of enterprise experience managing, deploying and supporting Windows 10/11 endpoint environments.
• Proven track record as a 3rd-level technical lead with stakeholder management and cross-team coordination.
• Customer-focused, growth-minded and inclusive; on-call or out-of-hours support may be required.

Required skills

• Expert administration of Microsoft Intune and SCCM / MECM, including hybrid and co-managed architectures.
• Software packaging, deployment mechanisms and application lifecycle management (Win32, MSI, MSIX).
• Patch management, OS deployment, security hardening and compliance monitoring.
• Microsoft Entra ID, device enrollment and group policies.
• PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Preferred: MD-102 certification, Windows Autopilot, ITIL-aligned platforms such as ServiceNow.
