Senior Key Account Specialist - Immunology

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is looking for an experienced Senior Key Account Specialist to join its Immunology team in Prague, covering half of the Czech Republic. This is a full-time, field-based role focused on managing and developing key accounts such as treatment centres and their referral networks, through long-term partnerships with physicians, KOLs, pharmacists and hospital management.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs in assigned key accounts with an ethical and compliant approach.
• Promote the company's product portfolio and demonstrate deep knowledge of products, competitors and disease states.
• Carry out visits according to the cycle strategy and maintain accurate account information in iCONNECT.
• Assess the needs of target physicians and HCP partners regularly and respond with targeted resources.
• Analyse sales, registry and market-share data, track KPIs and take corrective actions.
• Build referral networks between treatment centres and develop long-term partnerships with KOLs.
• Plan and run compliant educational activities for HCPs and use face-to-face, remote and digital engagement.
• Understand payer and reimbursement principles and monitor health-economic trends with the HEMAR department.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales and regional management, ideally in a key account role.
• Experience in immunology, biologics or hospital/specialty care is a strong advantage.
• Fluent Czech and basic English; driving licence category B.

Required skills

• Strong selling and relationship skills, and proven key account management and account planning.
• Knowledge of payer dynamics, competitors and disease states.
• Advanced use of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems (iCONNECT, Veeva).

What we offer

• Base pay of CZK 909,000 to CZK 1,411,050.
• Annual bonus and/or sales commissions depending on performance.
