About the role

We are seeking a Senior Specialist, Legal to join foodora Czechia. The role supports fast‑paced food‑delivery operations by providing pragmatic, business‑focused legal guidance across commercial and employment matters.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts under Czech law, including vendor, partner restaurant, marketing and service agreements.
• Act as the primary legal partner for the HR team, streamlining internal processes, mitigating legal risks and addressing legacy HR issues.
• Provide practical guidance on gig‑economy and platform‑worker compliance specific to the Czech market.
• Collaborate with Business Operations, Commercial and People departments to deliver legal solutions that enable growth and innovation.
• Develop and maintain standardized templates for commercial agreements and employment policies, ensuring alignment with global guidelines.
• Design pragmatic compliance strategies, risk assessments and work‑arounds that balance legal requirements with business agility.
