Talent Acquisition Partner (Supply Chain)

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join its EMEA Innovative Medicine Supply Chain Talent Acquisition team in Prague, Czech Republic. The role covers end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and stakeholder communication, on a full-time hybrid basis.

Key responsibilities

• Run the end-to-end recruitment process and find the best candidates in the market
• Screen and select candidates by assessing their experience and culture fit
• Deliver a great candidate and hiring manager experience
• Build and maintain partnerships with colleagues, hiring managers, HR partners and candidates
• Keep recruitment data accurate and timely
• Sourcing through direct methods (LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, advertising) and third-party agencies when needed
• Follow up on recruitment in a timely manner and carry out project work as needed

Required profile

• Around 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Proficient English; Dutch, German or Italian is a plus
• Previous experience in a multinational company is a huge plus
• Results-oriented, able to prioritise and handle a high volume of roles
• Understanding of AI concepts and frameworks, including responsible and ethical AI practices and prompt engineering

Required skills

• Experience with HR systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, Salesforce and MS Office is a plus
• Preferred skills include recruiting, recruitment marketing, candidate interviewing, coaching, talent management and project support

What we offer

• Base pay range of CZK 704,000 to CZK 1,135,050
• Annual bonus depending on performance, and possible sales commissions
