Talent Partner (Temporary) - Blue-Collar Recruitment

About the role

ABB is looking for a Talent Partner to join its HR team in Brno, reporting to the Country HR Lead Czech Republic and the HR Business Partner ELDS. This is a part-time role (50%) focused on blue-collar recruitment and the related administrative agenda, working onsite. The work model is onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a stable pipeline of candidates for production roles according to business needs
• Create job advertisements, choose the most effective sourcing channels and handle related administrative tasks
• Communicate with line managers and HRBPs on recruitment matters
• Handle HR marketing, cooperate with technical secondary schools, take part in school events and organise site tours for elementary and secondary schools within the ABB factory
• Monitor HR trends and propose and implement improvements
• Prepare and sign employment contracts for new hires
• Support the implementation of new processes, projects and initiatives

Required profile

• Secondary school education with a school-leaving exam
• English at A2 level; Czech or Slovak at native level
• At least 1 year of recruitment experience in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of the Czech labour market and basic understanding of labour law
• Dynamic, proactive, resilient and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills

Required skills

• MS Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Workday experience is an advantage
