Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join DHL’s global HR Group Functions team. In this role you will partner with hiring managers and HR colleagues across APAC and EMEA to drive end‑to‑end recruitment for a variety of corporate functions. You will ensure a transparent, inclusive and efficient hiring experience for candidates and managers alike.

Key responsibilities

• Own and coordinate full recruitment cycles from intake to offer for multiple business sectors.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, search strategies and compelling job ads.
• Source, screen and assess candidates using structured, fair selection methods.
• Manage interview scheduling, candidate communication and feedback loops.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data in Avature and support users with system queries.
• Monitor progress, address bottlenecks and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• 3+ years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience, preferably in an international setting.
• Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proactive, curious and collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with the Avature applicant tracking system.
