Tax Sales Specialist

About the role

PwC is creating a new Tax Sales Specialist role in its Tax practice in Prague. You will work closely with Tax Partners, subject matter experts and internal stakeholders, bringing the sales and business development perspective while they provide the technical expertise. Tax knowledge is not required.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research potential new clients and contacts using CRM systems, databases and other sources.
• Approach prospects proactively through various sales channels.
• Generate and qualify new business opportunities and understand clients' needs.
• Follow up on leads from outreach, marketing campaigns and events.
• Connect qualified opportunities with the relevant Tax experts, who lead the technical discussions and negotiations.
• Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline in the CRM and track activities.

Required profile

• 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development or a similar commercial role.
• Experience in consulting, telecommunications, logistics or a similar B2B environment.
• Hands-on experience with new client acquisition, outbound sales and lead generation.
• Confidence in approaching prospective clients by phone and email.
• Native-level Czech and very good English.

Required skills

• CRM systems and client/prospect databases.
• Outbound prospecting and campaign experience is a plus.
• Ability to quickly understand a complex service portfolio and communicate relevant opportunities.
