Accounts Receivable Coordinator (Collections) - Spanish

About the role

The Accounts Receivable Coordinator handles customer credit and collections so that customer debt is collected on time and the relevant SAP ledgers are kept accurate. The role covers collections, dispute resolution and updating the customer portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Perform collections within the assigned customer portfolio, including dunning and direct contact with customers
• Update the portfolio with information gathered from calls with customers and with sales and other colleagues
• Identify disputed items and drive their resolution through dispute calls
• Communicate with dispute owners as needed
• Other tasks as assigned

Required profile

• Communicative level of English and Spanish
• Strong math aptitude with attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organisational skills, able to multi-task and plan work daily, weekly and monthly
• Understanding of general accounting procedures, billing processes and financial reporting is preferred

Required skills

• Basic Excel, especially pivot tables and VLOOKUP, is an advantage
• Experience with SAP or GetPaid is an advantage but not required
