Assistance Services Specialist

About the role

Join AXA Partners as an Assistance Services Specialist in a dynamic contact centre. You will support customers during critical moments by handling helpline calls and coordinating assistance through a global network of service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and manage incoming calls from customers needing assistance.
• Verify customer data and insurance coverage.
• Organise assistance such as medical visits or home doctor appointments abroad.
• Collaborate with AXA Partners’ international branches.

Required profile

• Ability to commute to the Ostrava office and work on-site three days a week.
• Polish native language and at least B2 level English (verified in interview).
• Secondary or higher education with excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility for shift work, including two weekends per month.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
