Bellman (Hotel Porter)

About the role

The Bellman is one of the first faces guests encounter at Four Seasons Hotel Prague, playing a key part in creating memorable first impressions. Working within the Front Office team, you will ensure guests feel welcomed, supported, and cared for throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide a professional arrival and departure experience.
• Assist guests with luggage transportation to and from guestrooms, storage areas, and vehicles.
• Store and retrieve guest luggage and packages accurately and securely.
• Maintain proper records of luggage handling, deliveries, pick‑ups, and transportation requests.
• Arrange vehicle parking and retrieval while ensuring efficient traffic flow at the hotel entrance.
• Provide directions, hotel information, and local recommendations to guests.
• Support the Doorman role when required and assist with guest arrivals and departures.
• Maintain equipment such as luggage trolleys, wheelchairs, and strollers in excellent condition.
• Accurately post parking, porterage, and delivery charges during shifts.
• Collaborate closely with Front Office, Concierge, and other departments to deliver exceptional guest service.
