Branch Manager - Logistics

About the role

Expeditors, a global logistics company and Fortune 500 organization with more than 330 offices in over 100 countries, is looking for a Branch Manager in Prague. The role oversees the daily operations of the branch, develops high-performing teams and ensures the smooth execution of key business processes, with responsibility for operational results, customer satisfaction and branch growth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership of the branch
• Lead, develop and mentor the management team
• Ensure a high level of customer service and operational efficiency
• Support business development, manage key customer relationships and work closely with the Sales team
• Own the branch's financial performance, cost control and productivity
• Support company initiatives, standards and compliance processes
• Foster a positive company culture and strong employee engagement

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics or a related industry
• Proven experience in people management and team leadership
• Fluent Czech and advanced English

Required skills

• Leadership, communication and strategic thinking
• Understanding of financial metrics and budget management
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word)
