About the role

FAVI is seeking a proactive Business Development & Account Specialist who will both hunt for new e‑shop partners and nurture existing relationships. You will act as the main point of contact for partners, driving growth through data‑backed strategies.

Key responsibilities

Identify, approach and negotiate with potential e‑shop partners, leading them through onboarding.
Maintain and grow existing accounts, regularly reviewing performance and proposing data‑driven improvements.
Collaborate daily with marketing, sales and catalog teams, sharing insights across markets.
Represent FAVI at presentations, conferences and external events, spotting new business opportunities.

Required profile

Professional fluency in Slovenian and Croatian; English at B2+ level.
At least 1 year of experience in business development, sales, account management or related client‑facing roles.
Proactive, business‑mindset with a willingness to use AI tools for efficiency.
