About the role

The Senior Specialist will own stakeholder communication and supplier performance for Learning Creation services, ensuring alignment with SLAs and continuous improvement of the operating model.

Key responsibilities

Develop and maintain structured communication cadence and governance forums with Learning Partners and internal stakeholders.
Monitor supplier performance against SLAs, KPIs and quality standards, leading regular service reviews.
Manage escalated delivery issues, coordinate resolution across teams and track outcomes.
Drive change‑management initiatives to evolve and optimize the Learning Creation service model.

Required profile

Strong stakeholder and relationship management capability.
Experience managing supplier performance and service‑management frameworks.
Background in HR, Learning operations or content creation preferred.
