Chief Financial Officer

About the role

BM4U is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to provide strategic financial leadership for manufacturing companies undergoing growth, restructuring, and international expansion. The CFO will support executive decision‑making and drive high‑impact transformation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial aspects of restructuring, turnarounds, cost optimisation, and post‑merger integration.
• Manage carve‑outs, ERP and finance transformation initiatives.
• Implement controlling methodologies, KPIs and management reporting.
• Prepare business cases, investment analyses and profitability evaluations.
• Support commercial and operational decision‑making while ensuring compliance and risk management.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a CFO or Finance Director.
• Track record in restructuring, turnaround or transformation projects, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong background in controlling and financial management.
• Knowledge of IFRS and Czech accounting and tax regulations.
• Excellent analytical, communication and leadership abilities.
• Professional proficiency in English or German.
