Chief Pharmacist Czechia (m/f/d)

About the role

Redcare Pharmacy, an online pharmacy with branches in France, Germany, the Netherlands and Belgium, is opening a new branch in the Czech Republic and is looking for a Chief Pharmacist (m/f/d). The position is full-time and based entirely on-site at the office in Pilsen.

Key responsibilities

• Act as chief pharmacist for the local pharmacy, advise customers and ensure correct dispensing of medications.
• Ensure the implementation and maintenance of a quality management system in close collaboration with the Quality Department.
• Make sure medication dispensing complies with (inter)national laws and regulations.
• Manage the on-site pharmaceutical advisory team.
• Handle customer complaints efficiently.
• Analyse and report pharmacovigilance notifications to the authorities when necessary.

Required profile

• Licensed pharmacist with an active membership in the Czech Chamber of Pharmacists, meeting the legal requirements to act as Chief Pharmacist and responsible representative.
• Practical experience from a community pharmacy environment.
• Specialized competency (atestace) under Czech Act No. 95/2004 Coll., or equivalent additional education or professional practice.
• Knowledge of (inter)national laws and regulations.
• Fluent written and spoken English; German is a plus.
