COA/eCOA Specialist

About the role

PSI, a Contract Research Organization with about 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, is looking for a COA/eCOA Specialist to manage and optimize COA/eCOA systems for clinical trials. The position is full-time and based in the Czech Republic.

Key responsibilities

• Support project teams with instrument licensing, translation management, system specification, testing and deployment.
• Research instrument licenses and support their acquisition and deployment.
• Support translation and localization, including language gap analysis and coordination with vendors.
• Help implement and use COA/eCOA systems across clinical studies and monitor vendor performance, escalating issues as needed.
• Coordinate integration between COA/eCOA platforms and other clinical systems such as EDC and IRT/IxRS.
• Contribute to training materials for sites and patients, and support training for project teams and stakeholders.
• Assist in risk assessment, vendor management, quality and continuous improvement, and business development activities such as proposals and client presentations.

Required profile

• College or university degree.
• Prior industry experience in clinical research.
• Experience with clinical data systems and COA/eCOA systems is a plus.
• Full working proficiency in English.
• Excellent communication and time management, with a strong desire to learn.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of COA/eCOA systems and clinical data systems.
