Data Content Operative

About the role

NielsenIQ is looking for a Data Content Operative in Prague. The role captures data from a variety of sources into the Brandbank PCM system for storage, processing and data management, and checks the data to a high level of accuracy so that it is free of typing errors, in line with Brandbank's Right First Time approach and target market rules.

Key responsibilities

• Enter data according to prescribed quality standards after project-specific training and ongoing rule-based training.
• Data check: review source documents and images for deficiencies, resolve discrepancies using standard procedures or return incomplete ones to the team leader.
• QA/QC: verify entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting or re-entering it, combine data from both systems when account information is incomplete, and purge duplicate information.
• Maintain data entry requirements, follow the data rule set and procedures, and report any changes needed.
• Keep information confidential and maintain customer confidence.
• Keep logbooks of activities and test account system changes and upgrades by entering new data and reviewing output.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly targets, keep a personal rejection rate of 2% or lower, and manage workflow so there are no delays to the client.
• Share continual improvements and respond to ad-hoc requests for information and file access.

Required profile

• Fluent English and native-level Czech are mandatory.
• Team player, initiative, accuracy and attention to detail, good time management and ability to prioritise workloads.
• Understanding of data confidentiality and ability to work under pressure.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Google Drive packages (Docs, Sheets).
• Experience with Excel.
