PMO Manager - EMEA
Quadient · Hradec Králové
Job description
About the role
Quadient is looking for a PMO Manager - EMEA to support its Professional Services organisation across the region. The role connects regional teams with central functions, bringing consistency in how performance is measured, tools are used, knowledge is shared and work improves. It combines data and reporting, process improvement, regional coordination, business applications and project management, and is open to candidates who do not meet every requirement.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with regional Professional Services teams to define, align and monitor KPIs, ensuring consistent data collection and clear interpretation.
- Act as a bridge between regional teams, RevOps and the central PSO organisation, gathering requirements and turning them into practical improvements.
- Coordinate regional initiatives around reporting, processes and business applications, helping teams adopt common ways of working while respecting regional differences.
- Use data to identify trends, challenges and opportunities and share insights with regional and senior stakeholders.
- Help select, roll out and adopt tools used across Professional Services, coordinating requirements across teams with different systems.
- Support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement, helping teams capture and reuse what works.
- When project management experience allows, step into selected customer projects, help set up a recovery plan and get them back on track before handing them back to the regional team.
Required profile
- Experience in a PMO, Professional Services, project environment or similar regional coordination role.
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with KPIs, reporting and business data, without needing to be a programmer.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills across teams, regions and seniorities.
- Ability to gather and prioritise requirements and turn them into actions.
- Comfortable working independently in an international environment where standards are not always uniform.
- Advanced professional English, able to communicate across regions and prepare reports for senior stakeholders.
Required skills
- Project management or project delivery experience is an advantage, especially in difficult situations.
- Professional services applications, reporting/BI tools or methodologies such as PMI, PRINCE2, ITIL, Agile, Scrum or Kanban are valuable but not essential.
What we offer
- Hybrid work model blending office and remote work.
- Global online learning opportunities.
- Employee assistance program for mental health support.
- Competitive total rewards covering wellness and work/life balance, including a referral scheme.
