Director of Marketing & Communications

About the role

Odien Group is seeking an experienced Marketing & Communications Director to lead the Group’s marketing, brand and communications strategy across its businesses, investments and projects. Based at the Group’s headquarters in Prague, the role combines strategic direction with hands‑on leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead the overall marketing and communications strategy, establishing brand architecture and standards across the Group.
• Manage external service providers, annual budgets, and performance objectives while implementing a modern digital marketing strategy.
• Oversee corporate identity, campaigns, photography, video, websites, presentations, social media and other communication materials.
• Lead corporate communications and public relations, building media relationships and supporting executives with presentations and external communications.
• Collaborate with portfolio companies to create commercially focused marketing strategies and support new concepts, developments and product launches.

Required profile

• 7+ years of progressive marketing and communications experience, including senior leadership roles such as Marketing Director or Communications Director.
• Strong commercial understanding with the ability to link marketing activities to business performance.
• Fluent professional Czech and English.
• Experience in hospitality, luxury, lifestyle, tourism, real estate, development or investment groups is a strong advantage.
