End to End Transportation Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an End to End Transportation Coordinator to manage the full transportation process for inbound, outbound and intercompany movements. You will translate production, customer, supplier and site requirements into efficient transportation solutions while ensuring timely delivery and cost control.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound, outbound and intercompany transportation activities, aligning warehouse operations, customer requirements and logistics partners.
• Serve as the primary transportation interface between the site, central functions and external service providers.
• Monitor daily transport execution, resolve issues, and proactively manage risks to maintain reliable deliveries.
• Analyze disruptions, implement corrective actions and support contingency plans.
• Track carrier performance against KPIs, conduct performance reviews and drive continuous improvement.
• Control freight spending, validate invoices and ensure adherence to transportation budgets.
• Maintain and improve transportation processes, standards and regulatory compliance.
• Develop reporting and dashboards (e.g., Power BI) to provide visibility on cost, service performance and operational risks.
• Maintain shipping dock backlog below two days of ready‑to‑ship inventory, aiming for one day.
• Foster collaboration across Operations, Customer Order Management, Central Functions and logistics service providers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration or a related field.
• Several years of professional experience in transportation or freight management.
• Practical experience managing logistics service providers and operational transportation processes.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end transportation and freight‑management concepts.
• Analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
