F&B Server - CottoCrudo Restaurant

About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Prague is hiring an F&B Server for its CottoCrudo Restaurant. You will create memorable dining experiences through attentive, personalised and professional service, guiding guests through the food and beverage offerings and sharing your knowledge of dishes, wines and cocktails. The position is full-time, with an expected schedule covering mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends, and is offered for an undefined period with a 3-month trial period.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service in a warm, professional and engaging manner.
• Share detailed knowledge of menu items, wines and signature cocktails with guests.
• Anticipate guest needs, give recommendations and respond promptly to requests and concerns.
• Process guest checks and payments accurately through Micros, and handle cash and credit card transactions according to hotel procedures.
• Assist with restaurant setup, table preparation and guest seating, and maintain cleanliness of service stations and operational areas.
• Monitor the condition of restaurant facilities and equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service.

Required profile

• Previous experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Applicants must have current work authorization in the Czech Republic or hold an EU passport.
• Positive attitude, teamwork and a passion for hospitality.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Interest in wine, cocktails and culinary experiences.
• Ability to give detailed, engaging menu recommendations.
• Experience using POS systems and hospitality technology is an advantage.
