Financial Accountant & Controller

About the role

We are looking for a Financial Accountant & Controller to join our Prague office. You will be responsible for producing accurate monthly management accounts, supporting budgeting processes and providing financial insight to help drive our business forward.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet and cash‑flow statements with detailed variance analysis.
• Review invoices, authorise payments and manage inter‑company recharges and reconciliations.
• Validate shop and website sales against internal BI tools and provide statements for external accountants.
• Assist the Regional Finance Business Partner with budgeting, quarterly re‑forecasting and target setting.
• Analyse key business drivers such as visitors, conversion rates, average sale, sales mix and cost of goods.
• Oversee weekly and monthly sales reporting for local management and group headquarters.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of local business plans.

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Experience in preparing management accounts and financial reporting.
• Ability to work collaboratively across markets and support cross‑functional projects.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of financial processes.
