Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

About the role

Allwyn is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Specialist to join its Group Finance team in Prague. You will work closely with finance teams across multiple markets, supporting budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting while contributing to transformation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with finance teams across Allwyn’s operating companies.
• Support OpCos in budgeting, forecasting and long‑term planning processes.
• Prepare financial analyses, reports and presentations for Group management.
• Consolidate financial data, provide insights on business performance and support monthly, quarterly and annual reporting cycles.
• Participate in finance transformation initiatives, including reporting automation and process improvement.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in FP&A, controlling or a related finance role.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Proactive, hands‑on attitude and willingness to learn.
• Fluent in English and Czech, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for financial modelling and data manipulation.
• Experience with Power BI or other data‑visualisation and analytics tools.
