Freelance Clinical Research Associate – Oncology Trials

About the role

IQVIA Biotech is looking for a freelance Clinical Research Associate to support two Phase III oncology clinical trials in the Czech Republic. The role involves leading site visits, monitoring compliance and ensuring high-quality data, within a team of about 0.5 FTE starting ASAP and lasting around 5 months with possible extension. Travel is required to sites in Brno, Prague, Ostrava and Hradec Kralove.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site evaluations, initiations, monitoring and close-outs
• Ensure GCP compliance and data integrity
• Collaborate with investigators and internal teams
• Review protocols, study manuals and eCRFs
• Support site staff with training and issue resolution
• Track investigational product inventory and documentation
• Attend investigator meetings and study-related events
• Contribute to audit readiness and inspection support

Required profile

• 2+ years of CRA experience, including site monitoring
• Oncology/hematology experience
• Fluent Czech and English
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes and GCP
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
