About the role

We are looking for a qualified General Nurse / Registered Nurse (m/f) to join the Transfusion Department of Hořovice Hospital. You will work full‑time on a daytime shift (06:00‑14:30) in a modern facility equipped with cutting‑edge technologies, supporting a team of experienced doctors and health professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality nursing care to patients undergoing transfusion procedures.
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications and ensure patient safety throughout the treatment.
• Collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare staff to coordinate care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with hospital standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and adopt innovative clinical practices.
