About the role
The HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Lead will drive a high‑performing service delivery engine that ensures consistent execution, strong governance and a reliable employee experience across all locations. Reporting to the Director of HR, the role focuses on continuous improvement of HR operations and the employee lifecycle while supporting business transformation and growth.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle – pre‑boarding, onboarding, and off‑boarding – ensuring processes are followed and local initiatives are integrated.
- Identify and implement improvements to global and local operational activities, streamlining processes for efficiency and consistency.
- Maintain HR operations standards, including employee forms, contracts and templates, and manage ad‑hoc employee events and exceptions.
- Coordinate payroll delivery with the payroll team and Finance, ensuring compliance with tax legislation, local regulations and reporting requirements.
- Lead benefits management, conduct vendor RFPs, and select providers that meet local business and employee needs.
- Measure HR service performance, manage vendor contracts, SLAs and relationships, and ensure accurate, timely employee data.
- Conduct audit activities, ensure GDPR and data‑privacy compliance, and standardize processes for seconded employees.
- Manage HR operations risks, controls, mitigations and escalations.
Required profile
- 7+ years of experience in HR disciplines with at least 5 years focused on HR operations.
- 5+ years in managerial roles interacting with senior leadership.
- Proven ability to work in complex, international and fast‑paced environments.
- Strong governance and risk‑conscious mindset with excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience driving continuous improvement and delivering exceptional operational performance.
Required skills
- Proficient HRIS management, including reporting and audit capabilities.
- Strong knowledge of payroll and benefits administration.
- Deep understanding of employee lifecycle processes and HR governance.
- Experience managing vendor contracts and service level agreements.
- Ability to lead audit activities and ensure data‑privacy compliance.
