HR Specialist with German

About the role

D-ploy, an IT and engineering solutions company operating across the EMEA region, is looking for an HR specialist with German in Prague. The role covers day-to-day time services delivery, time and attendance data entry, payroll input preparation and HR data quality, with a focus on accuracy, compliance and stakeholder support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day time services delivery by compiling and entering time and attendance data, reconciling errors and keeping records accurate and complete
• Maintain the correctness and completeness of all relevant HR data
• Ensure compliance with legislation, data privacy and protection guidelines across the identified geographies, and perform country-specific data consistency checks
• Follow the payroll calendar to prepare payroll inputs and support NFCM and HR controls
• Resolve time and attendance queries raised by stakeholders within agreed timeframes, escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate contact
• Highlight exceptions and deviations, extract regular and ad hoc reports for payroll and other divisions, and gather system enhancement requests
• Support the project team in defining requirements, designing and validating the system setup in line with local legislation, and ensure performance metrics and KPIs are met
• Contribute to People Services and Solutions projects and perform other tasks assigned by the line manager

Required profile

• Experience in time services on a time solution platform, or 3+ years in HR services (payroll-time or HR technology) as an added plus
• Experience working in projects within a global organization
• Experience with transformation and transition projects is a plus
• Very good knowledge of German and English

Required skills

• Knowledge of WD/SAP systems is an advantage
