Lead Management & CRM Specialist (Czech Republic & Slovakia)

About the role

Coface is hiring a newly created Lead Management & CRM Specialist for the Czech Republic and Slovakia. It is a data-driven role focused on setting up, managing and improving a lead management system so that the right data leads to the right business results. You will work in CRM, analyse lead quality, find weak spots in the pipeline and make sure salespeople and the call centre receive relevant, actionable opportunities. This is not a marketing or campaign creation role.

Key responsibilities

• Manage leads across channels (call centre, sales, web, campaigns)
• Work with CRM data: segmentation, scoring, quality
• Set up and optimise lead forwarding to salespeople
• Analyse conversion and identify weak points in the pipeline
• Propose concrete improvements, not just reports
• Improve processes with data and implement automation and AI (scoring, enrichment, prioritisation)
• Cooperate daily with the store and call centre, verify lead quality in practice and support data-driven decisions

Required profile

• Experience in B2B lead management, marketing operations, sales operations or sales enablement
• Strong analytical and data-driven thinking
• Fluent Czech and very good English, with daily communication in English
• Nice to have: marketing automation experience, practical work with AI tools, orientation in complex B2B sales cycles, experience in an international or matrix environment

Required skills

• Practical experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, MS Dynamics, HubSpot or Centrix
• Interest in and ability to use AI meaningfully in business
