Network & DevOps Engineer – Prague

About the role

Ubiquiti’s Prague office is looking for a Network / DevOps Engineer to own the deployment, provisioning and operation of our datacenter infrastructure. You will treat infrastructure as software, automating everything that can be automated.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain production deployments in the datacenter.
• Automate device provisioning and configuration using Ansible, Terraform or equivalent tools.
• Build, maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and related tooling.
• Operate production environments, handling deployments, rollbacks, monitoring and incident response.
• Collaborate with hardware and network teams to debug issues across the stack.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure, DevOps, SRE or software engineering with strong infra ownership.
• Hands‑on expertise with Ansible and Terraform (or equivalent) for provisioning and configuration management.
• Solid experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Software‑engineer mindset: clean, testable automation, idempotent and repeatable code.
• Comfortable operating production environments and responding to incidents.
• Strong scripting/programming skills (Python, Go, Bash or similar).
• Fluent in English and Czech, with excellent communication and documentation abilities.
