Operations Engineer

About the role

Mavenir is looking for an Operations Engineer to monitor and support a wide range of telecommunication products across its global portfolio. You will handle incidents, perform health checks, and collaborate with internal support teams to ensure service continuity for customers worldwide. The position works in a secured area on 24x7 shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor a large number of customer platforms and react to alarms.
• Handle customer incidents within defined SLA’s and communicate status.
• Conduct regular health checks and generate reports for customers.
• Perform trend analysis on monitoring alarms, incident reports and service tickets to identify and resolve recurring issues.

Required profile

• Ability to work 12‑hour shifts on a 24x7 schedule.
• Basic Linux command‑line skills, including file, process and permission handling.
• Willingness to learn new monitoring tools and technologies.
• Proactive thinking and good written and verbal English communication (B2 level).

Required skills

• Linux (command‑line navigation, basic administration).
• Experience or interest in using monitoring tools.
