Partner Manager - Veterinary Channel

About the role

Trupanion's PetExpert, the operational centre of excellence for pet insurance in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, is looking for a Partner Manager in Prague. Reporting to the Veterinary Channel Manager, the role drives pet insurance leads and sales through collaboration with veterinary clinics. It is home-based, with travel within the territory as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, recruit and develop veterinary clinics to meet agreed lead generation and sales goals, then manage them to keep performance consistent
• Build strong relationships with clinics and their staff, and gain their commitment to use PetExpert's sales tools to bring uninsured owners onto the business
• Help clinics understand and use the web and integrated system solutions for lead generation, claims submission and medical record collection, and act as the key point of contact for queries and service issues
• Support clinics in the efficient processing and payment of claims, and help manage complaints
• Plan call cycles with booked appointments, agendas and presentations, and report accurately and on time in the veterinary CRM platform
• Take part in team meetings, cross-departmental projects and external events such as veterinary congresses and trade fairs

Required profile

• Extensive experience selling into veterinary clinics in the Czech Republic area; a background in the veterinary profession (veterinarian, nurse or technician) is preferred
• Track record in territory and account management, and success in a fast-paced sales environment
• Excellent communicator and presenter, self-motivated, analytical and organised, able to handle multiple workstreams
• Fluent Czech and English
