Sales Development Representative – E-commerce Marketing Agency

About the role

Hustler Marketing is looking for a Sales Development Representative to represent the company to potential new clients and drive new business through proactive outbound. The role focuses on selling digital agency services mainly to DTC brands, building and owning a pipeline of self-sourced leads, running discovery and sales calls, and acting as the link between prospects and internal teams. It is a full-time position based in Prague.

Key responsibilities

• Build and own the outbound pipeline using cold email, LinkedIn, cold calls and other channels
• Run discovery and sales calls over Zoom/Google Meet and sell digital agency services to DTC brands
• Research and qualify prospects, and proactively seek new opportunities in the DTC market
• Manage the CRM platform, keep records accurate and report progress weekly to the VP and Managing Director
• Use AI tools and automation to speed up outreach, research, personalisation and follow-up, and test new tools
• Improve sales processes, run trial strategies and measure results
• Follow up leads, nurture prospects, and help onboarding new clients with Account Managers, Strategists and Department Heads
• Upsell current clients to retainers or recurring services and assist in closing strategic opportunities
• Provide sales insights and metrics-based recommendations to improve the sales strategy

Required profile

• Experience selling in a digital agency environment, ideally to DTC brands, covering cold email, cold calling, LinkedIn, discovery calls, negotiation, audits and proposals
• Comfortable working largely autonomously in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
• Strong attention to detail, organisation and good interpersonal skills, especially in a remote setting

Required skills

• Familiarity with Slack, Hubstaff, Asana, Google Workspace and sales/outbound tools
• Fluency with modern outbound practices and AI tools for outreach
