People & Culture Manager – Full‑Scope HR Lead

About the role

We are looking for an experienced People & Culture Manager to lead all local HR activities for our Ústí nad Labem entity (≈70 employees). You will act as the trusted point of contact for employees and leaders, ensure compliant processes and collaborate closely with our global People & Culture organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑scope People & Culture activities for the Ústí nad Labem entity, covering recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance, off‑boarding and policy guidance.
• Maintain accurate employee data, prepare employment documents and produce monthly HR statistics.
• Ensure compliance with Czech labour law, internal policies, data‑protection and corporate standards; deliver compliance training and advise managers.
• Manage local recruitment, support workforce planning and collaborate on talent development, succession and performance processes with local leaders and the global P&C team.
• Identify training needs, coordinate learning initiatives and promote a culture of continuous development.
• Contribute to global People & Culture projects, share best practices and align local activities with BEUMER Group standards in partnership with the Global P&C Director.

Required profile

• Relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration or related field).
• Proven experience in a comprehensive HR role, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Czech labour legislation and data‑protection requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers.
