Management Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a well‑organised and proactive Management Assistant to support our management team within Kingspan’s Central and Eastern Europe division. The role involves coordinating meetings, travel, documentation and events across a multinational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative and organisational support to the management team.
• Coordinate calendars, meetings, appointments and business travel.
• Prepare meeting materials, presentations, reports and other documents.
• Communicate with colleagues, customers and business partners in Czechia and abroad.
• Organise meetings, international visits and company events.
• Manage day‑to‑day administration and maintain documentation.
• Cooperate with different departments across the organisation.
• Follow up on agreed actions and help ensure deadlines are met.

Required profile

• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
• Proactive, independent and reliable.
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Calm and flexible, able to respond quickly to changing circumstances.
• Professional, confident and friendly communication style.

Required skills

• Strong command of spoken and written English (used daily).
• Highly proficient in MS Office.
