Process Consultant – Technology Consulting (German Projects)

About the role

PwC's Prague-based team works closely with PwC Germany as a nearshore consulting hub supporting transformation projects in financial services, combining German language skills with knowledge of banking, insurance and other financial domains. As a Process Consultant you will support banks, insurance companies and investment firms through complex transformation initiatives, helping them optimise processes and implement technological and organisational change.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and optimise operational processes in back-office and middle-office environments
• Identify opportunities for digitisation, efficiency gains, cost reduction and regulatory compliance
• Gather requirements with client stakeholders and design future-state processes
• Support projects from initial analysis through implementation
• Contribute to Business Analytics, RPA and Process Mining deployments
• Prepare project documentation, presentations, management reports and decision materials
• Work in traditional and agile delivery environments and support project governance

Required profile

• University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Business Informatics, Business Engineering or a related field, or up to one year of practical experience in banking, asset or wealth management or consulting
• Professional German (B2-C1) and English (C1)
• Analytical thinking, communication skills and teamwork
• Interest in digital transformation, basic understanding of business analytics, RPA or process mining, and a proactive, ambitious mindset
