Senior Audit Analyst – Prague

About the role

PwC is looking for a Senior Audit Analyst (listed as Senior Associate) in its expanding Audit team in Prague. You will lead small audit groups and handle complex tasks, auditing both Czech and international clients. Your manager is Zuzana Lisá, Senior Manager in Assurance services specializing in the audit of banks and other financial institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure audit documentation, from start to finish, meets PwC and regulatory standards
• Perform diverse audit tasks, including issue identification, data analysis and drawing informed conclusions
• Delegate tasks for learning and coaching, and manage engagements with high-level leadership while guiding junior members
• Participate in multi-disciplinary teams and connect across PwC's teams and areas
• Develop innovative solutions to improve audit quality and ensure high-quality deliverables

Required profile

• University degree and at least 3 years of auditing or accounting experience
• Fluent English and Czech or Slovak
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Nice to have: ACCA qualification in progress or interest in pursuing it, experience presenting technical findings to clients, ability to coach junior colleagues, confidence managing multiple priorities, proactive mindset, interest in data-driven auditing
