Product Manager (d/f/m)

About the role

Schaeffler, a global technology company working with major automobile manufacturers and key players in aerospace and industry, is looking for a Product Manager in Prague. You will develop programmes, plans and measures to drive business performance across the product life cycle for the product lines assigned to you.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the product portfolio of managed product lines and initiate and coordinate developments, launches and re-launches
• Coordinate external benchmarking and use market intelligence to identify new business opportunities
• Create, adapt and optimise marketing plans and operational measures to position products well in the market
• Work closely with R&D on trends and customer expectations
• Visit customers when needed and help ensure products meet their needs

Required profile

• High school or university degree preferred; technical background not obligatory
• Data-driven analytical thinking and open-mindedness
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to cope with pressure, mobility and change, and intercultural competence
• Interest in vehicles and readiness to travel
• Business-fluent English, other languages an advantage

Required skills

• Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel and data tools
