Sales Manager – MICE (Luxury Hotel)

About the role

We are looking for a strategic Sales Manager to lead our MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Events) business at a historic 13th‑century monastery hotel. You will shape our luxury events offering, build high‑value relationships and turn opportunities into prestigious corporate and conference events.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source, secure and manage corporate, conference and incentive business to generate revenue for rooms, banquets and historic event spaces.
• Develop and execute targeted sales strategies that meet or exceed individual MICE targets and outperform competitors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with event planners, MICE agencies, corporate clients and international PCOs.
• Conduct engaging site inspections and showcase the unique monastery property to prospective clients.
• Represent the hotel at client meetings, industry trade shows, networking events and internal revenue strategy sessions.

Required profile

• Proven track record in luxury hotel sales with a primary focus on MICE and corporate segments.
• Extensive network and connections within the local and international MICE market.
• Fluent in English and Czech; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation, communication and presentation abilities.
