Sales Operations Management Specialist CEE

About the role

Celltrion Group, which supplies biosimilar and innovative biopharmaceutical products to about 110 countries, is looking for a Business Support Specialist in Prague. The role gives administrative, operational and compliance-focused support to keep daily operations running smoothly across the PV, Regulatory, Supply, Medical and Commercial teams, while maintaining documentation required by industry regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-departmental activities between PV, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, Supply Chain and Commercial teams, and prepare documentation, presentations and reports following pharmaceutical standards.
• Maintain controlled documents in line with GMP/GDP requirements.
• Support market access and regulatory work: coordinate pricing and reimbursement (P&R) submissions with internal departments and external agencies, track submission timelines and statuses, and help Medical and Commercial teams generate evidence for reimbursement.
• Support supply chain by assisting with inventory management and processing purchase orders, sales orders and delivery requests.
• Maintain databases such as CRM and sales data, and prepare regular KPIs, trend reports and dashboards.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience as an office administrator or in a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, clinical research or medical device company.
• Knowledge of supply chain and procurement processes in pharma.

Required skills

• Familiarity with quality management systems and regulatory documentation.
• Experience supporting audits, inspections or compliance activities.
• English.
