Senior Media Buyer - Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing

About the role

Huzzle is recruiting a Senior Media Buyer with deep expertise in paid advertising and performance marketing. This is a high-impact fully remote role where you will manage and scale multi-platform campaigns, optimise ad performance and drive revenue growth. It suits candidates experienced in handling large ad budgets and delivering consistent ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage high-budget paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok and other platforms
• Analyse campaign performance and optimise for CPA, ROAS and conversion rates
• Conduct audience research, A/B testing and funnel optimisation
• Collaborate with creative teams on high-converting ad creatives and copy
• Monitor and allocate advertising budgets efficiently
• Generate performance reports and present insights to stakeholders
• Stay up to date on platform changes, trends and digital advertising best practices

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in media buying or performance marketing
• Proven track record managing ad budgets of $50,000+ per month
• Experience with eCommerce or lead generation clients preferred
• Ability to work remotely with global teams and strong communication skills

Required skills

• Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
• TikTok Ads and other emerging platforms (a plus)
• Analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hyros and Triple Whale
• Conversion tracking, attribution models and funnels
