Senior Partner Customer Success

About the role

A.P. Moller - Maersk is an integrated logistics company connecting and simplifying customers' supply chains through its global network. As a Customer Success Partner, you develop customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty, working closely with the Country and Area Sales Teams so that assigned customers achieve their expected business outcomes with Maersk solutions. You also contribute to the business's volume and revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Support Sales Representatives and build long-term trusting relationships with customers so they realise full value from their investment.
• Align internally on customer goals and marketing strategies, and partner with cross-functional teams to run omni-channel digital marketing strategies.
• Assess customer progress toward goals and drive results in adoption, usage, business value, friction and overall relationship.
• Act as a customer advocate, resolving account issues quickly using resources across the company.
• Manage the tender handling process and coordinate with TCM to submit comprehensive, competitive offers.
• Coordinate L&S quoting and contracting, ensure timely contract renewals and effective contract management.

Required profile

• Experience in account management execution.
• Previous experience in a logistics or shipping company, to ensure strong commercial understanding.
• Commercial knowledge and high-level understanding of logistics products.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Customer-centred problem solver with a strong willingness to learn.
• Excellent English communication; knowledge of Czech is an advantage.
