Senior SAP Engineer

About the role

The SAP Platform Team manages the company’s SAP Global Template and integrated solutions. As a Senior SAP Engineer you will lead functional design and guidance for SCM master data processes, ensuring alignment with business requirements and global standards.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate and drive development and implementation of SCM master data enhancements.
• Act as liaison between business and technology teams to define and communicate data‑related requirements.
• Analyze current processes, recommend system improvements, and oversee cross‑functional projects.
• Manage project implementation tasks including configuration, testing, documentation, data migration, and end‑user training.
• Conduct workshops on master data functionality and ensure adherence to SDLC guidelines.
• Support global template roll‑outs and participate in data migration and cut‑over activities.

Required profile

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field (preferred).
• 3+ years experience in data governance or data management.
• Strong SAP Life Sciences industry knowledge and hands‑on experience with S/4HANA.
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives, solve complex problems and work collaboratively.
