About the role

Rossum is using cutting‑edge AI to eliminate manual paperwork. As a Senior Solution Architect you will bridge complex customer requirements with technical reality, designing custom services and integrations that drive seamless product adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Translate complex requirements into clear, actionable technical backlogs for development teams.
• Architect optimal designs for custom services and integrations ensuring smooth adoption.
• Contextualize technical decisions by business impact to solve the right client problems.
• Identify security risks and ensure designs follow best security practices.
• Partner across departments and with external stakeholders to align solutions and impact.

Required profile

• Ex‑programmer mindset focused on high‑level design rather than low‑level coding.
• Strong puzzle‑solving ability and clear communication of designs.
• Curious communicator who asks the right questions to uncover true customer pain.
• UX‑sensitive, always considering end‑user impact of design decisions.
• Familiarity with Rossum’s tech stack (Python, REST APIs, Flask/Django, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes) is a plus.
