Services Team Lead

About the role

Cato Networks is seeking a customer‑focused Services Team Lead to manage a global, remote team of Services Engineers. You will guide the team through the post‑sales lifecycle, from evaluation and onboarding to ongoing support, while collaborating with product, engineering, sales, and finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a remote Services Engineering team worldwide, setting objectives, monitoring performance, and providing feedback.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
• Act as escalation point for complex technical issues and customer challenges.
• Implement and improve processes to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Own customer issues, drive them to resolution, and advocate for customers internally.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on major incident bridges and product improvements.
• Expand the Services team across APJ, EMEA, and NAM regions and lead internal improvement projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of managerial or team‑lead experience.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Support Engineer (Tier 1) or NOC engineer, preferably in security.
• Hands‑on experience with incident and change management processes.
• Strong understanding of core networking and cloud technologies.
