Tax Manager

About the role

Bloomreach is seeking a proactive Tax Manager to lead tax compliance and advisory activities across the EMEA region and beyond. The role ensures compliance with direct and indirect tax regulations, supports deal structuring, and mitigates tax risks while enabling business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee compliance for Corporate Income Tax, VAT, and Withholding Tax across EMEA.
• Partner with Sales to ensure compliant and efficient deal structures worldwide.
• Identify non‑compliance areas and implement risk mitigation measures.
• Manage transfer pricing policies, documentation, and intercompany pricing alignment.
• Represent the company in tax audits and discussions with authorities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all tax‑related matters.

Required profile

• Strong technical expertise in international taxation, transfer pricing, and indirect taxes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
• Proactive risk‑addressing attitude and confidence in representing the company with external authorities.
