Tech Project Lead – Retail Tech Rollouts

About the role

H&M Group is hiring a full-time Tech Project Lead in Prague, reporting to the Sales Market Tech Manager. You will manage and coordinate store-related tech rollout projects for the Sales Market covering the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania and Hungary, ensuring smooth implementation, strong delivery and a seamless transition to operations in line with global standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage end-to-end store-related tech rollouts across the Sales Market
• Support the Tech functions responsible for execution with structured project management
• Secure effective resource allocation and alignment throughout the project lifecycle
• Lead cross-functional project teams with Expansion, Retail Operations, Sales and Tech
• Manage external vendors during retail tech implementation and rollout
• Identify and manage risks, blockers and dependencies
• Track outcomes, gather learnings and drive continuous improvement

Required profile

• Degree in Business, IT, Engineering or a related field
• 3+ years of project management experience, ideally in retail or tech environments
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional IT implementation projects
• Experience in agile environments and working with product teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in English, written and spoken
• Strong communicator able to build trust, manage stakeholders and translate technical information into business terms
