Chef de Partie – Luxury Kitchen

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to lead a station in the iconic Augustine Hotel Prague’s luxury kitchen. You will work alongside top chefs, delivering 5‑star gastronomy while mentoring junior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Manage your station: take full ownership of the assigned kitchen section, overseeing daily preparation, organization and service execution.
• Deliver perfection: prepare, cook and plate dishes to the highest 5‑star standards, ensuring consistency, presentation and flavour.
• Guide and mentor: direct Commis and Demi Chefs, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
• Maintain quality & safety: enforce HACCP, food‑safety guidelines, cleanliness and portion control at all times.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie in a high‑end or fine‑dining kitchen.
• Strong culinary knowledge, including modern plating styles and ingredient pairing.
• Natural leader with excellent communication and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Good command of English and/or Czech for daily communication.
