Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist – Remote (EU)

About the role

We are seeking a Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist to join our remote team and drive AI‑enhanced email campaigns for our D2C e‑commerce brands. You will work hands‑on with Klaviyo and cutting‑edge AI tools to create personalized, high‑performing newsletters and automated flows.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, build and launch email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo for one of our brands.
• Set up and optimise automated workflows, audience segmentation and A/B tests.
• Integrate AI tools for copy generation, predictive targeting and performance optimisation.
• Maintain clean email lists, monitor deliverability and ensure healthy list performance.
• Analyse campaign metrics and produce reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to produce on‑brand email templates and layouts.
• Keep the email marketing calendar up‑to‑date and align executions with promotional schedules.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in email marketing, preferably within e‑commerce or digital marketing.
• Proficiency with Klaviyo, including automation, segmentation and campaign creation.
• Familiarity with AI‑driven marketing tools for copywriting, predictive analytics or personalization.
• Analytical mindset with strong data‑driven decision‑making skills.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
